RETURNS

At Loco Libre Gear your satisfaction is our highest priority. We accept returns on most items within 14 days that are unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition they left the shop. Loco Libre Gear will also pay return shipping if the return is the result of a defective or incorrect item. No refund will be issued for the the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error. Before returning an item please contact us at info@locolibregear.com or call (856) 491-0347.

Custom items are not returnable except in the case of defect or error on the part of Loco Libre Gear.

​Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note due to a policy change at Paypal that if you are paying for your order via Paypal and decide to cancel your order your refund will not include any Paypal transaction fees incurred by Loco Libre Gear.

WARRANTY

This warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable. If you received an item that is defective or otherwise damaged please read the following instructions:

All products manufactured by Loco Libre Gear will be repaired or replaced at our discretion within the first 90 days. If the error or defect is our fault we'll pay the return shipping and make it right for free. If the damage is your fault we'll quote you a price for repair or replacement before we do any work.

Any user abuse or damage can be repaired at any time,and we will quote a price for repairs before doing any work.

All products we sell that are made by other manufacturers other than loco Libre Gear must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, and will be subject to their return policies.
