Cancelation, Refund, & Returns Policy


Cancellation Policy:

MADE TO ORDER QUILTS:
  • Within 48 Hours of Order: Full refund.
  • After 48 Hours, Before Production Begins: Cancellations incur a 10% fee (covering processing and material holding costs).
  • Once Production Has Started: Changes or cancellations are still possible, but a 20% fee applies to cover the time and materials already invested.
  • After Shipping: The standard Return Policy applies.

IN STOCK QUILTS: Most ship within 1 to 2 business days

  • Full Refund: Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before the item leaves our facility and the shipping label is generated.
  • Once Shipped: Once the item has shipped (i.e., a tracking number has been created), the standard Return Policy applies.

Return Policy:

All returns must be pre-approved by Dutch Clips, LLC and arrive in original, unused condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

1. Within 14 Days of Ship Date

You have two options for your return:

  • Refund: A refund of the product purchase price, deducting a 20% restocking fee.
  • In-Store Credit: An in-store credit equal to the product purchase price, deducting a 10% restocking fee.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, the refund or credit will be issued, deducting the applicable fee.

2. Between 14 and 30 Days from Ship Date
  • An in-store credit will be offered for the product purchase price, deducting a 20% restocking fee.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item, the in-store credit will be issued, deducting the applicable fee.
3. After 30 Days from Ship Date
  • Returns will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, you must email sales@dutchwaregear.com with your return request before mailing the product. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Package Refusal & Customs Policy:

Customer Responsibility:

When an order is placed, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, or other customs fees charged by their home country. Dutch Clips, LLC is not responsible for paying these fees.

If a Package is Refused:

If a package is refused upon delivery for any reason, including the non-payment of customs fees, Dutch Clips, LLC will process a refund only after the package is safely returned to our facility.

The following costs will be deducted from your refund:

  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping charge plus the cost of return shipping.
  • Incurred Fees: Any additional fees, penalties, or charges levied by the carrier or customs as a direct result of the package refusal.
Special Policy: Made-to-Order Quilts:

Due to the specialized nature of these items, any Made-to-Order Quilts that are refused upon delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund in addition to the shipping and incurred fees listed above.
